Estate Planning

Unlike retirement planning which evokes ideas of leisure and happiness, estate planning is quite frankly about our own demise.  Not something that most of us are enthusiastic about. Nevertheless, anyone over the age of eighteen needs an estate plan even if they have very few assets. Durable powers of attorney, advanced medical directives and simple wills are all essential.

As assets and families grow, issues become more complex.  We help you focus on what estate planning means to you and your family.  We work in conjunction with attorneys and CPAs to help facilitate the right plan for you.  Once that plan is in place, we review it with you on a regular basis, making sure that as your life changes, your plan changes with you.
